I don’t offer a session that is just made up of headshot photography.
I always want to shoot more, to offer you more, to give you greater options and even more flexibility. Whether you’re a small business owner, an actor, an artist or even an opera singer (like the lovely Emily below), I think when you invest in portrait photography, you will want to have a range of images to use across websites, blogs and marketing in addition to the headshot you might need to send to a casting agent for that dream role.
I love to take the time to get to know you a little better, so that your portraits can represent the spectrum of who you are as an individual.
So you definitely will get a contemporary headshot that you can use in the traditional way.
But you’ll also get much more from me too. Our session is a collaboration because I know you have ideas about how you want to be portrayed and what you want your portraits to say about you. They don’t have to be obvious, ordinary or boring. I can take your thoughts and translate them into images that will speak louder and say more about who you are and what you offer.
So after using up the last of the window light inside her family home, Emily and I headed outside into the setting sun to take full advantage of that late afternoon glow.
If you want to invest in a portrait session like Emily’s, I’d love to photograph it. Let’s introduce the authentic you to the world.
